What is your returns and refunds policy?
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will gladly help you with a replacement or a refund.
- Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order;
- Include your order number and a photo or video showing the issue;
- Our team will review your case and offer the best solution (replacement or refund), according to our policy.
At the moment, we do not offer returns for change of mind on items that are delivered correctly and without defects.
What if I’m not at home during delivery?
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may:
- Attempt delivery again
- Leave the parcel in a safe place (where possible)
- Leave a notice with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change the delivery address, adjust an item or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after checkout.
We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
